Technical Project Manager (IAM)

For our Client we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (IAM).

 

The role is for a Technical Project Manager with experience delivering projects into large organisations with many stakeholders. Successful candidates must have strong social skills across different mediums and the ability to communicate a vision based on developing technology. The successful candidate will have a strong general technical background with hands-on experience delivering IAM and infrastructure projects.

 

📍 Location: Kraków, hybrid work model – 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote
🕒 Cooperation model: [Full-time / B2B]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PoC/pilot testing and planning for rollout of new authentication patterns, including passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA
  • Work with Architecture teams on production infrastructure design
  • Present updates on project deliverables and achievements at stakeholder forums
  • Participate in technical discussions related to modern authentication protocols and support issue resolution during implementations
  • Conduct reviews with service owners and complete/review technology assessments to determine the most suitable approach
  • Plan and support IAM authentication implementations
  • Support and improve the organization’s use of Jira and Confluence
  • Contribute proactively to discussions and help drive initiatives forward

 

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude toward delivery and achieving results
  • Self-driven “go-getter” mindset with the ability to contribute valuable input to discussions
  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and confidence in technical discussions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to hold meaningful discussions and challenge where appropriate
  • Strong technical understanding of modern authentication protocols
  • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passwordless Authentication
  • Good knowledge and understanding of FIDO-based authentication
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Fluent English
