About Project & Role Overview

Help build the next generation of aviation wildlife safety technology.

AFMS (Airport Fauna Management System) is an AI-driven solution designed to detect and mitigate wildlife risks at airports worldwide. It combines:

·       AI-powered  computer vision

·       Sensor networks embedded in distributed computing concept

·       Automated wildlife deterrence technologies

·       Wildlife Hazard management support system based on Big Data

In this role, you will bridge engineering teams, product strategy, and aviation stakeholders, helping transition AFMS from prototype to operational deployments at airports globally. Join us in building the next generation of aviation wildlife safety technology✈️🦅

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

·       Define and manage the AFMS product roadmap;

·       Translate airport operational needs into technical requirements;

·       Structure product architecture and system modules.

Engineering Coordination

·       Work closely with AI, hardware, and software teams;

·       Align development priorities with product goals;

·       Implementation of the AFMS in airports’ Wildlife Hazard Management System

Productization & Deployment

·       Prepare technical documentation and product specifications;

·       Support pilot deployments and reference airport installations.

Compliance

·       Ensure alignment with aviation operational constraints;

·       Support positioning within ICAO / EASA frameworks.

Requirements

·       5+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Systems Engineering;

·       Hands-on experience with AI, computer vision, robotics, or sensor-based systems;

·       Strong systems thinking and the ability to create clear, actionable technical documentation

·       Proven experience leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams

·       Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

·       Experience in aviation technology, airport operations, or safety-critical systems

·       Familiarity with ICAO / EASA regulations and frameworks
