Job Purpose
Build and Lead a team – you will have an opportunity to build your team to enhance our technological capability
Software development and maintenance
Defining strategy and direction of technology expansion
What You Will Do
Taking active part of searching and onboarding a new team members
Working on client projects and own products (Design, develop, and maintain own products)
Hands-on software development. Web application development in one of following languages: JavaScript/Java/HTML/React/Angular
Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management)
Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality)
Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship with project representatives
Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production
Setup and constant analyzing product metrics (efficiency, weak spots, complexity)
What You need to offer
3 + years of experience in a similar position in the Financial Services sector (experience in team management)
Strong technical background (experience as developer, QA in automation or any similar roles)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes
Possibility to have real and direct impact on the development and shape of the company
