For our Client operating in the backup & disaster recovery domain, we are looking for a .NET Team Leader who will take on a key leadership role within a growing R&D organization.
The company develops its own proprietary products, used globally — including by Fortune 500 companies — and is currently in a phase of strong growth and expansion of its engineering teams. This is an environment where you can have a real impact on the product, people, and technological direction.

🚀 The Role
We are looking for an Engineering Team Leader (.NET/C#) — someone with a strong software development background who wants to focus primarily on people management, team development, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
This is not a pure Tech Lead role — while technical competence is important, leadership and soft skills are key.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
Managing a development team (building, leading, mentoring),
End-to-end responsibility for product/project development in cooperation with the Product Manager,
Ensuring high software engineering standards (SOLID principles, best practices),
Conducting code reviews,
Partial hands-on work in the codebase,
Close collaboration with QA, Product, DevOps/Infrastructure, Support, and Customer Success teams,
Supporting the team in solving technical challenges,
Co-creating and maintaining technical and project documentation,
Participating in technical recruitment processes (e.g. live coding, code reviews).

Minimum 2 years of experience leading a development team (at least 3 people),

Drive agile delivery practices for fast, high-quality product improvements.
