Project description:

As Migration Environment Owner, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the environments used by migration and core banking teams. You will ensure that environments are available, properly scheduled, and aligned with delivery plans across multiple teams.

This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, environment providers, and multiple Agile Release Trains involved in the transformation program.

Main responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for migration environments (Dev, Test and Pre-Production)

  • Planning and governing environment availability for migration activities and testing

  • Supporting Go-Live preparations and providing coordination during production deployment events (often occurring on weekends)

  • Proactively identifying and managing dependencies, risks and impediments related to environment readiness

  • Defining environment requirements for provisioning, configuration and ongoing maintenance

You will also be responsible for:

  • planning and scheduling trial conversions and migration rehearsals

  • coordinating environment refreshes, data imports and code deployments

  • managing user access to migration environments

  • resolving scheduling conflicts between different teams using the environments

  • collaborating with technology teams responsible for environment maintenance and infrastructure

  • coordinating environment setup and support with external technology vendors

  • ensuring proper planning and support for testing phases, Final Dress Rehearsals and Go-Live events

  • maintaining environment-related items, dependencies and enablers in Jira
