We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will work closely with clients, ensure their satisfaction, and effectively lead projects with complex structures. We are seeking someone who combines business maturity, strong interpersonal skills, and hands-on experience in project and team management.

What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with clients at every stage of project delivery.
Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and building long-term business relationships.
Managing fixed-price projects with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and profitability.
Preparing project estimations, proposals, and supporting the sales process from a project management perspective.
Managing client accounts and developing cooperation within existing partnerships.
Leading project teams, including line management responsibilities within a complex organizational structure.
Building, developing, and optimizing PMO processes.
