RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and improving workflows for invoice validation and financial tracking
  • Analyzing current financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance processes
  • Developing standardized procedures for dashboard updates and internal documentation
  • Providing guidance on advanced Excel techniques and data analysis methodologies
  • Supporting team development and analysis in database management systems
  • Mentoring existing staff in investigative and analytical approaches
  • Assessing current IT financial management capabilities and recommending improvements
  • Supporting compliance dashboard optimization and reporting enhancements
  • Providing insights on Markets business operations, including FX, Derivatives, and Equities integration
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions on financial management principles

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT financial management or related consulting
  • Proven track record in process improvement and organizational development
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Experience with database management systems and dashboard development
  • Excellent facilitation and knowledge transfer skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across teams
