Nasze oczekiwania: Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami IT, w tym projektami wdrożeniowymi realizowanymi z udziałem dostawców zewnętrznych. Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu złożonych, wielowątkowych projektów lub programów . Praktyczna znajomość metodyk Agile (Scrum, Kanban) oraz klasycznych (PRINCE2, PMI). Umiejętność zarządzania zakresem, budżetem, harmonogramem i ryzykiem. Doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi (również rozproszonymi) oraz biznesem. Znajomość narzędzi: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego ( min. B2/C1 ). Wysokie kompetencje komunikacyjne, organizacyjne i liderskie. Mile widziane: Certyfikaty: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master. Doświadczenie w projektach IT w obszarze systemów ERP lub systemów medycznych. Doświadczenie w roli mentora lub lidera środowiska PM.
