Zarządzanie zespołem:

Planowanie i koordynowanie backlogu prac
Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz onboardingu nowych członków zespołu
Monitorowanie efektywności, realizacja celów oraz rozwój kompetencji pracowników
Zarządzanie projektami:
Nadzór nad realizacją projektów automatyzacyjnych (od planowania do wdrożenia)
Odpowiedzialność za terminowość, zgodność z budżetem i wymaganiami technicznymi
