• Ensure operation, stability, support, and continuous evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions.
• Monitor automation executions, logs, incidents, and production environments.
• Analyze existing automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability.
• Support and optimize automation processes within the Automation CoE.
• Design and implement new automation flows together with business teams.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives focused on Agentification and AI-driven automation.
• Ensure governance, compliance, scalability, and quality of automation agents in production.
