We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Specialist to play a key role in a large-scale transformation project for our client. Your mission? Turn complex service workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences—especially within CRM and Technical Service environments.

You’ll work at the intersection of design, business, and technology, helping teams deliver solutions that are not just functional—but truly enjoyable to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize user experiences across Technical Service workflows and CRM platforms

  • Improve usability and simplify complex service journeys for internal and external users

  • Translate business requirements into intuitive UX/UI solutions

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping

  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on user experience and design priorities

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders

  • Ensure consistency in design standards across global and multi-market solutions

  • Support adoption by delivering user-friendly and accessible interface designs

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mid-to-senior or senior-level UX/UI experience in enterprise environments

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating usability improvements and journey simplification

  • Experience in process-heavy business contexts

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
