We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape modern web-based products and improve digital client onboarding experiences within a large-scale enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual and interaction design skills with strategic product thinking and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for web-based applications
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and UI concepts
Translate business needs into clear and user-friendly design solutions
Contribute to feature definition and support backlog refinement activities
Ensure consistency by following and contributing to established design systems
Participate in discussions around UX improvements, usability, and accessibility
Support testing and validation activities to ensure high-quality user experiences
Work closely with cross-functional and global teams throughout the product lifecycle
Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and overall product usability
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications
Strong experience working with enterprise or corporate design systems
Advanced proficiency with Figma and FigJam
