We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a dynamic global Data Analytics team and collaborate with key stakeholders across CRM, Retail, Brand, e-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The role is based in Poznań, Poland, with a functional reporting line to the company’s global headquarters. In this position, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI solutions, including datasets, star-schema models, DAX measures, and dashboards

  • Deliver high-quality ad-hoc analyses and translate business needs into clear insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, align on KPIs and definitions, and present findings to senior leadership

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Business Intelligence

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI

Technical Skills:

  • Python for advanced analytics (preferred)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), Databricks, and Git
