Summary: As a Zscaler Build and Support Senior Expert, your role is to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Zscaler cloud security solutions, ensuring secure and optimized internet access across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:
- Lead the architecture, deployment, and configuration of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application product owner teams to integrate Zscaler with existing infrastructure.

Key Requirements:
