Your tasks:
Own end-to-end planning and delivery of integration initiatives across multiple teams
Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure predictable delivery
Coordinate parallel workstreams and align priorities across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
Translate business needs into structured, actionable delivery plans
Drive roadmap planning and ensure feasibility based on capacity and technical constraints
Act as the primary escalation point and lead resolution of delivery blockers
Ensure alignment with DevOps practices and readiness for production deployments
Requirements:
Strong background in cloud-native architectures, preferably in Azure
Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and modern integration platforms
Solid understanding of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Argo Workflows, Temporal, Airflow) and DAG-based concepts
Proven experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams in complex environments
Strong skills in planning, dependency management, roadmap creation, and risk management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable delivery plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, monitoring)
