Project scope:
Manage implementation of Cytric Travel & Expense solutions for global customers
Analyze customer systems and service requirements, build process to accommodate requirements with product capabilities
Oversee technical operations and coordinate delivery teams to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructure
Define project methodology, goals, objectives, resource planning and budgeting
Define project governance, roles and responsibilities and determine deliverables per project phase
Design scheduled phases/timeline for large projects of online travel technologies
Define project scope and configuration document that reflects customer requirements
Lead client-facing project communication; liaise with external and internal stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide detailed project status updates and generate regular reports to stakeholders
Monitor project budget and resource allocation
Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams
Competence demands:
University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or IT
Experience working as a Project Manager/ Coordinator, preferably in the travel industry
Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
Valid experience in business travel industry, ideally in Travel Management Company
Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
Experience working with OBTs, most preferably Cytric Travel & Expense
Ability to manage the different phases of a project, following company’s methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
