The team manages a large-scale monitoring platform deployed on over 35,000 devices, supporting the improvement of digital experience across the organization.

Project information:

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and operate the endpoint monitoring platform, including dashboards, metrics, and configurations

  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions

  • Manage and utilize APIs for data extraction and automation

  • Develop, maintain, and deploy PowerShell and Bash scripts across the organization using GitHub pipelines

  • Work in an Agile environment (Jira, sprints) and contribute to continuous service improvement

  • Provide support across L1–L3 levels for monitoring-related topics and troubleshooting

  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and security for all deployed scripts

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in platform administration (experience with monitoring tools such as Nexthink or similar is a plus)

  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash, with attention to quality and scalability

  • Experience working with APIs, data processing, and structured development workflows (e.g., GitHub reviews)

  • Knowledge of NQL (Nexthink Query Language) or willingness to learn

  • Understanding of support models (L1–L3)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Project information: Work Setup: Remote work Rate: 125 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract) Language: English (B2+ Required) Start date: depending on candidate availability Project scope: Work within an Agile squad delivering the CREST modernization program, focusing on testing while supporting development activities as needed Build strong business and technical knowledge to contribute across multiple initiatives within the squad Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Technical Leads, CREST application architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Deliver a coherent end-to-end testing solution covering both functional and non-functional requirements Define and establish estimation principles for phases of the migration program Author and own the Test Strategy, proposing the most optimal test approach and presenting it to key stakeholders, with alternative approaches where appropriate Peer-review test scenarios and test cases, and execute tests to agreed standards Demonstrate excellent defect management capabilities, including analysis, challenge, and collaboration with other teams Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies aligned to the criticality of the business domain Skills & Capabilities: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and analyse information from documentation, system data, clients, and colleagues. Ability to derive both manual and automated test scenarios and cases, documented to agreed standards with full traceability. Experience with test automation using Java, UFT, and ADS. Review and assure test deliverables produced by team members for completeness, suitability, and accuracy. Confident facilitator, able to lead discussions, extract information, and shape effective test approaches and risk mitigations. Essential Experience: Strong analytical, system design, and development experience in building distributed, multi-platform solutions. Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Design and Java development. Experience implementing event-driven architectures, including Event Hub technologies such as Kafka and Kafka Streams. Database design and implementation experience, particularly with Oracle, including strong Java and SQL query development skills. Extensive experience working in Agile environments, with solid knowledge of BDD and TDD practices. Experience implementing and working within CI/CD pipelines (ADS). Strong understanding and practical experience of risk-based testing.
