Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji testów, takich jak Selenium, Appium, JMeter czy Cucumber . Doświadczenie z rozwiązaniami CI/CD (np. Jenkins, GitLab CI). Znajomość przynajmniej jednego języka programowania: Java, Python lub JavaScript . Znajomość metodyk Agile, DevOps oraz procesów wytwarzania oprogramowania. Doświadczenie w testach wydajnościowych i bezpieczeństwa oraz znajomość dobrych praktyk ( m.in . OWASP). Znajomość wymagań związanych z traceability, audytowalnością oraz standardów jakości (ISO/IEC, DO-178C, IEC 62304 będzie dodatkowym atutem). Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów, mentoringu oraz efektywnej współpracy z międzynarodowymi zespołami. Certyfikat ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager lub Test Automation Engineer).
