SAP Test Lead

emagine is looking for a SAP Test Lead to our client.

Length: 12 months with possible extension

Location: Must be in Stockholm office minimum 3-4 days per week

Our client have started their journey to implement SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP BN4L (Business Network for Logistics) and are looking for skilled competences to join their team. The SAP TM implementation and global roll-out is part of the larger SAP S4/Hana transition program. SAP TM/BN4L will be rolled out to approximately 70 Warehouses globally.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP TM Test lead to take responsibility for the overall SAP TM program test scope.

In the role as Test lead for the SAP TM program you will drive and coordinate the overall test plan for pilot warehouses and continuous warehouse rollouts. You will work closely together with our selected system integration partner, transport and trade as well as logistics organization, test organization as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Experience from previous SAP BN4L implementations and roll-out is also meriting for this role.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ownership of test strategy, test plan and test approach for both E2E and UAT

• Drive E2E and UAT testing for SAP TM and SAP BN4L together with system integrator, business and tech organizations

• Secure that tech organization and external suppliers/partners sign off on Unit, system and regression testing prior to start of E2E and UAT for each scope delivery

• Ownership of Entry/exit criteria and test readiness decisions

• Present test sign-off recommendation for each go-live

• Clear communication of risks and readiness based on factual outcome of tests for each go-live scope

• Establish reusable test assets, regression packs, and test governance supporting the long-term SAP TM/BN4L product lifecycle

• Report and escalate to Transportation Management PMO and steering

• Coordinate with other test leads within the overall S/4 Hana program organization

Required competences and experiences     

• Previous test lead experience in a global logistics program rollout

• Previous test lead experience from a SAP/SAP TM implementation in a large global organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience of stakeholder management within business and tech in large global organization

• Minimum 8 years documented experience as a test lead

Education and other merits

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

• SAP TM certification or S/4HANA TM certification is highly valued.
