We're looking for a hands-on QA Team Manager to lead a team of 7–10 test engineers, while spending up to 80% of your time on actual testing and automation. You'll own our QA Centre of Excellence and define how quality works across the entire engineering division.

The role

• Lead, hire and develop a team of 7–10 QA engineers

• Hands-on test design, automation and test management — up to 80% of your time

• Own our QA Centre of Excellence — standards, practices, test strategy

• Champion automated testing and emerging QA platforms

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders across the business

You'll need

• 2+ years leading or managing a QA or test engineering team

• 5+ years in test automation — Playwright or Selenium essential

• Strong knowledge of test strategies — regression, integration, black box, unit testing

• SQL (SQL Server, SQLite) or NoSQL experience

• SaaS application testing in microservices and client-server architectures

• Test management process experience

• Agile environment experience

• Strong English communication skills

Bonus

• Deep Microsoft Playwright expertise

• Cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux)

• Payment systems testing experience
