Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals.Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

Help us modernize the software that keeps NHS hospitals running.

In February 2026, SINGU acquired Synbiotix – a UK platform used daily by NHS Trusts across England, Wales, and Scotland to manage catering, cleaning, infection prevention, audits, and compliance. The platform works. The codebase is mature. Now we're rebuilding the user experience for the next 20 years, migrating from a legacy stack to a modern Blazor application – and growing a new engineering hub in Kraków to lead that work.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery: requirements → API → implementation → release.

  • Work across the full stack: .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, EF) and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, SSIS). Substantial backend work, not frontend-only.

  • Lead the Blazor migration: architecture, components, performance, accessibility.

  • Shape how the Polish hub works: code standards, patterns, ways of working.

The team

3 developers in Kraków today, scaling to 6 (you'd be one of three new hires). 11 developers in Cyprus, plus Synbiotix domain experts in the UK with two decades of NHS experience. You'll report locally to an Engineering Manager and Team Lead in Poland.

You'll thrive here if:

  • You've shipped real production .NET systems (C#, ASP.NET/Web API, EF, SQL Server).

  • You're confident across the stack and either know Blazor or are excited to go deep on it (Angular/React/Vue background is fine).

  • You enjoy migration work – untangling legacy, deciding what to preserve, shipping incrementally.

  • You speak fluent English and Polish – English for daily work with Cyprus and the UK, Polish for the Kraków hub.

  • You want ownership and influence over a codebase to disappear into.

Honest notes:

  • The legacy stack is matureASP.NET MVC, Web API, EF, jQuery, SSIS. That's why we're hiring seniors to lead the modernization.

  • The Polish hub is new – meaningful influence on engineering practices, but you'll help build them, not inherit them.

  • No formal on-call – occasional out-of-hours attention is rare, and putting proper processes in place is part of what this role can shape.

The practical stuff:

  • Salary: 20,000–24,000 PLN net B2B, or 16,600–19,900 PLN gross UoP.

  • Hybrid: 2–3 days/week from our Kraków office.

  • Top-notch Apple equipment, private healthcare (dental + vision), life and health insurance, sport card, annual training budget, commute subsidy, referral programme, extra day off for medical check-ups, annual team offsite.
