228,000 - 228,000 PLN/yr

Krakow, MA, Poland

About the Role

As a Blazor Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and improving healthcare and facilities management products, with a strong focus on building modern, user-friendly interfaces using Blazor. Your work will directly support platforms used by real operations teams, delivering features with genuine business and operational impact.

While your primary focus is frontend and UI development, you'll also contribute to backend and database work when needed — implementing APIs and business logic in .NET, and working with SQL Server. You'll collaborate daily with international, English-speaking teams in Cyprus and the UK, working within a team of 3–5 fullstack .NET developers and reporting to the Engineering Manager in Poland.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6–12 Months

  • Production-ready Blazor UI delivered – A modern, production-ready Blazor interface for a key product in the Facilities Management portfolio with high usability and strong performance.
  • Backend foundation in place – Backend integrations designed and implemented using existing services and database architecture to ensure a stable and scalable solution.
  • End-to-end ownership demonstrated – Full ownership from requirements and technical proposal through implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • SDLC and Agile practices strengthened – Active contribution to improving code quality, documentation standards, and development workflows.

What We Look For

  • C# and .NET web development – Strong commercial experience building web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Blazor and frontend technologies – Hands-on experience with Blazor, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
  • SQL Server – Strong experience with T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and SSIS.
  • Agile and DevOps practices – Experience working in Agile environments with solid understanding of Scrum and DevOps-driven delivery.

The Team

You'll join a small, focused team of 3–5 fullstack .NET developers in Poland, collaborating closely with international colleagues in Cyprus and the UK. The team operates in a collaborative culture, with English as the working language.
