📍 Location: Kraków or Warsaw, Poland (hybrid: 6 days/month onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join an international engineering team delivering enterprise‑scale CRM solutions. You will work closely with architects, analysts and developers to design, extend and optimize Dynamics 365 applications supporting critical business processes.

This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies, build custom components on the Power Platform, and influence solution architecture and engineering standards across a complex CRM landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, customize and extend Dynamics 365 for Service (online).

  • Develop integrations using CRM SDK, plugins, workflows and custom logic.

  • Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Pages and PCF controls on the Dynamics 365 Platform.

  • Implement backend components using the .NET 4.6.2 stack and C#.

  • Develop Azure‑based components including Azure Functions, Service Bus, App Insights.

  • Write automated unit tests (NUnit, FakeXrmEasy) and apply TDD practices.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high engineering quality.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.

  • Participation in 3+ full lifecycle CRM projects.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 for Service (online).

  • Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills.

  • Experience with CRM SDK, plugin development, customizations and integrations.

  • Experience with Canvas Apps, Pages and PCF controls.

  • Knowledge of Azure Functions, App Insights, Service Bus.

  • Experience with TDD, automated unit testing and mocking frameworks.

  • Comfortable working with GIT.

  • Strong analytical skills and very good English.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HTML5, ReactJS, AngularJS.

  • Broader Azure experience (App Services, storage, logging).

  • Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.

  • Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication.

  • Familiarity with logging frameworks and metrics.

  • Ability to break down solution design into technical components.

  • Experience reviewing pull requests and maintaining code quality.

  • Ability to run PoCs to support solution architecture.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD.
