Senior Full-Stack Developer

Hybrid working model with 2 days per week from the Kraków office

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of technical design and hands-on execution. This is not a purely architectural role — you will be responsible for designing how things should work and then building them end-to-end.

You will act as a proactive partner to a Lead Solutions Architect, preparing robust technical designs for approval and then taking full ownership of delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design (hands-on) – Create end-to-end technical designs for APIs and microservices, including integration patterns

  • Full-Cycle Development – Build and deliver secure, scalable, low-latency solutions across backend and UI layers

  • Platform Integration – Lead integrations of platforms such as Highspot and Pendo using Azure Functions and Service Bus

  • Code Optimization – Refactor and optimize Python-based solutions, including externally provided code

  • Design Collaboration – Present and refine solutions in collaboration with architecture stakeholders

  • Future-State Planning – Support technical discussions around potential migration to GCP environments

Technical Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Azure (Functions, App Insights, APIM, Service Bus)

  • Strong expertise in Python

  • Additional solid experience in Java or .NET

  • Strong focus on unit testing and code quality

  • Experience with Application Insights for monitoring, debugging, and optimization

  • Proven experience designing integrations in CRM/API environments
