Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben gehören:
Prüfung von Composite-Bauteilen (CFK/GFK) nach internen Qualitätsstandards.
Durchführung von Sichtprüfungen, Maßkontrollen und zerstörungsfreien Prüfverfahren.
Dokumentation aller Prüfergebnisse in QS-Systemen.
Bewertung von Oberflächen- und Strukturfehlern.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Luftfahrt-, Automotive- und Kunden-Vorgaben.
Mitwirkung bei Erstmusterprüfungen und Freigaben.
Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering und Supplier-Quality.
Key Requirements:
Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Werkstoffprüfer, Fluggerätmechaniker, Verfahrensmechaniker) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
Erfahrung in der Composite-Fertigung und -Prüfung (CFK/GFK).
