You Have: 6+ years of experience building features used by millions of users. Experience building and optimizing large-scale web architectures. Proficiency in one of backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Golang or similar. Skilled in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and React Native, with practical expertise in Server-Side Rendering. Experience creating and implementing plans for app rollout, experimentation, instrumentation and supportability. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.). Experience in working in cross functional teams – partnership with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers. Willingness to learn: Our domain frequently introduces new challenges. Nice to have: Commercial experience with React native and native app development. Experience working in a corporate web and mobile environment with high-scale systems. Compensation Details The starting base salary range for this position is typically zł 320,000 – zł360,000 per annum.
