As a Manager Software Engineer at Ripple Treasury, you will be building a world-class platform through a world-class team. Driving the technical direction the technology, the evolution of team, and the engineering excellence to make magic happen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers. They have deep experience in event-driven cloud native services and full stack systems. Together, develop solutions that meet business and customer needs.
  • Share your passion for staying current on tech trends. Experiment with and learn new technologies. Participate in internal and external tech communities. Mentor other engineers. Evaluate technical builds and code.
  • Collaborate with product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions.
  • Make decisions on the build, architecture, and delivery of systems.
