We are currently looking for a Guidewire Integration Developer to strengthen our delivery and integration capabilities. This role focuses on designing and implementing integrations across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow in a multi-vendor environment.
What you will do:
Integration Design & Development
Design, develop, and maintain integrations within the Guidewire Integration Framework.
Implement SOAP/REST APIs, messaging components, and event-driven integrations between Guidewire and external systems.
Build and support web service calls, batch integrations, and middleware communication.
Technical Implementation
Develop custom logic using Gosu and Java (where applicable).
Work with XML, JSON, WSDL, XSD, and related integration standards.
Ensure integration reliability, performance, and error‑handling aligned with enterprise guidelines.
Collaboration & Delivery
Cooperate closely with architects, business analysts, QA, and external vendors.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning.
Troubleshoot integration issues and contribute to long-term solutions and improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration components.
What we are looking for:
2–4 years of experience as a Guidewire Integration Developer or Java Integration Engineer.
Practical experience with:
Guidewire Integration Framework
SOAP/REST Web Services
Gosu or Java
XML/JSON transformations
Understanding of P&C insurance domain and core systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo) and version control systems (Git).
Nice to have:
Experience with messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.
Exposure to microservices or ESB (MuleSoft, TIBCO).
Guidewire certifications.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and ability to cooperate with both technical and non-technical teams.
