Salesforce Product Owner – Media Cloud / Service Cloud / Sales Cloud


We are looking for a business-centric, tech-savvy Salesforce Product Owner to support and enhance our Salesforce platform and related solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and offshore resources to ensure that our CRM ecosystem continues to deliver maximum value.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects to ensure alignment.

  • Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Write clear, structured user stories following the format: “As a [role], I want to [action], so that I can [outcome].”

  • Facilitate requirement reviews and acceptance with business users.

  • Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, developers, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

  • Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration support and testing; support UAT planning and execution.

  • Lead RUN activities for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Media Cloud, ensuring tickets are properly managed, refined, and allocated.

  • Work closely with offshore teams (primarily India), ensuring effective communication, priority alignment, and high-quality delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose enhancements aligned with business goals.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), and relevant declarative capabilities.

  • Support data quality initiatives and create reports/dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.

  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant improvements.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, particularly Sales, Service Cloud, Vlocity (Salesforce industries) and declarative configuration.

  • Demonstrated experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies.

  • Proven experience working with offshore teams (preferably India), with strong coordination and prioritization abilities.
