Description

Part-time Psychiatry Medical Director roles supporting detox/residential and PHP/IOP programs, plus weekend-only inpatient rounding at a psychiatric hospital. You will provide clinical leadership on-site, collaborate with the treatment team, sign off on records, and supervise providers. Compensation is $5,000/month for the Pittsburgh and Boston-area roles (about 20 hours/month on average) and up to $1,500 per day for the Palm Beach weekend rounding role.

Responsibilities

• Go on-site 1–2 times per month for the Pittsburgh and Suburban Boston main site
• Provide psychiatric inpatient rounds/consults for weekend coverage in Palm Beach
• Be available for the treatment team
• Sign off on clinical records
• Supervise clinical staff (residents and/or midlevels)

Requirements

• MD or DO eligibility to practice psychiatry
• Experience in psychiatric clinical leadership/medical directorship
• Ability to travel on-site as scheduled
• Ability to provide record sign-off and clinical supervision
• Palm Beach role: weekend availability (minimum 2 weekend days/month; ideally 3–4)
