Description

Full-time employed inpatient psychiatry roles are available near Little Rock, including options for General Adult and Child & Adolescent psychiatry, plus a need for a Medical Director. The facility is 100% inpatient with an 80-bed capacity (currently 68, with a goal of 75) and small adult PHP and IOP services. Documentation is paper-based today, with an EMR transition scheduled for late next year.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult and/or child & adolescent populations
• Work across the program’s units (adult and C&A)
• Support the small adult PHP/IOP services as needed
• Medical Director: provide clinical and medical leadership for the inpatient program

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry
• Inpatient psychiatry experience
• Ability to cover General Adult and/or Child & Adolescent responsibilities (as applicable)
• Leadership experience for the Medical Director role (if applying)
