Description

You will support AI training projects by creating realistic coding tasks, implementing and fixing features in production-style codebases, and building deterministic verifiers to validate coding solutions. You will also debug issues, optimize performance, and contribute technical input through code review.

Responsibilities

• Create challenging and realistic coding tasks for AI systems

• Implement and fix features across production-style codebases

• Build deterministic verifiers to validate coding solutions

• Debug issues and optimize application performance

• Refactor codebases while maintaining reliability and functionality

• Review code and assess solution quality

Requirements

• Python, Java, Rust, C++, TypeScript, or similar languages

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures

• Backend development and API experience

• Debugging and bug fixing experience

• Performance optimization and automated testing

• Code review and refactoring experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
