Description

We’re seeking experienced software engineers to create coding challenges that help train AI models to debug, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance. Prior AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop coding challenges and reference solutions.

• Debug software issues and implement new features.

• Refactor code and optimize performance.

• Build testing environments and validate solutions.

• Document technical decisions and review code quality.

Requirements

• Strong programming and backend development experience.

• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and automated testing.

• Proven debugging and optimization skills.

• GitHub portfolio or willingness to complete a technical assessment.
