Description

You’ll work in a team of technicians to plan and install business IT systems, including the required devices, components, and LAN networks. You’ll learn how to set up, configure/migrate, and monitor server and client systems, peripherals, and LAN networking. You’ll also identify, analyze, and resolve incidents, assist in customer consultation and support, and help plan, execute, and document IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure business management systems, including devices, components, and network infrastructure

• Set up, configure/migrate, and monitor server and client systems, peripherals, and LAN networking

• Identify, analyze, and resolve IT incidents to maintain continuous system operation

• Support customer consulting by communicating technical solutions and handling support requests

• Contribute to IT projects: plan, execute, and document

• Analyze customer IT requirements; design IT system concepts

• Procure hardware, software, and IT services

• Plan, execute, and control projects

• Commission IT systems and hand them over to the customer

• Provide service, user consulting, and training

Requirements

• Intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) in the technical track

• Good grades in Mathematics, German, and English

• Strong interest in IT

• Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working in a team

• Technical curiosity, good general aptitude, and learning ability

• Commitment and independence

• Enthusiasm for computers and their peripherals
