Description

Start your apprenticeship in 2027 as an IT Systems Integration specialist and learn the full range of corporate IT infrastructure operations. You will support first- and second-level IT requests, help maintain the intranet, and support digital workplace services. You will also gain experience in application administration and in administering and developing modern system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in first- and second-level support

• Learn the breadth of enterprise IT infrastructure

• Support intranet care and operation of digital workplace services

• Gain insights into application administration, IT infrastructure, servers, storage, and support

• Work on IT projects and learn how modern system environments are administered, maintained, and improved

Requirements

• General university entrance qualification, technical college entrance qualification, or intermediate school leaving certificate

• Interest in technical relationships and IT systems

• Enjoyment in working with hardware and software
