Description

Drive the overall user experience across Salesforce’s Informatica portfolio and the Enterprise Agentic Harness (EAH), Salesforce’s shared infrastructure for context, agency, action, governance, and trust in the agentic enterprise. Own the experience design vision, strategy, and execution for how enterprises interact with data and how humans and AI agents collaborate. Lead a global multidisciplinary design team and partner across multiple Salesforce clouds and product areas.

Responsibilities

• Create a design vision for agentic enterprise experiences (multi-agent orchestration, parallel workstreams, live system topology, governance flows)

• Lead end-to-end design solutions for data management and agentic workflows (conception through post-launch)

• Champion responsible AI design with emphasis on trust, user control, governance, auditability, and lineage

• Act as a platform advocate across multi-cloud environments; deliver modular reusable design patterns that scale

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global design team; establish workflows for rapid, customer-driven design innovation

Requirements

• Solid track record of executive design leadership in UX, managing and building teams across global, matrixed organizations while delivering enterprise products and solutions

• Experience making key contributions to innovative, successful products with strong understanding of AI technologies and agentic systems

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in HCI, Industrial/Visual Design, Behavioral Science, or related discipline

• Experience applying user-centered design principles and UX best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
