Provide comprehensive care during daily patient rounds in a post-acute care setting, supporting patients through recovery and progress beyond acute treatment.   • Conduct daily patient rounds to deliver comprehensive post-acute care

  • Guide individualized healing paths and monitor patient progress

Requirements

  • Ability to provide patient care as a Physician Assistant in a post-acute care setting

  • Availability for Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
