Description

Provide primary health care and selected medical services in endocrinology under the direction of practice physicians. Deliver a remarkable patient experience while working collaboratively in a team environment. Participate in skills validation and competency testing as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide endocrinology-focused advanced practice patient care under physician direction

• Foster a safe patient environment following “First Do No Harm” principles

• Support team-based, patient-centered care with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program

• Current NP license in the appropriate state (required)

• NCCPA Certification (required)

• Current DEA registry/registration (required)

• Ability to complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing

• Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Ability to work with management team and physicians
