Description

Provide hematology/medical oncology coverage for adult and geriatric patients in a combined hospital and outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include outpatient hematology/medical oncology care with infusion services and bone marrow biopsy procedures, working independently with no call. Remote inbox coverage is included, and you will use Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient hematology and medical oncology care

• Deliver infusion and related hematology/oncology services

• Perform bone marrow biopsy procedures

• Handle remote inbox coverage

• Work independently without call

• Use Epic EMR

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology

• Active Alaska license required at time of presentation

• Active DEA

• BLS or ACLS required

• PALS preferred

• Recent hematology/medical oncology clinical experience with case logs from the past 24 months

• Clean file preferred for expedited credentialing
