Description

Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care with infusion management and limited inpatient and emergency consultative support. The provider works within a collaborative team and is not the sole physician on site. Epic EMR is used for documentation and Nuance is used for dictation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient clinic visits and manage infusion care
• Provide inpatient and ER consultative support as needed (limited rounding ~1–2 hours/day)
• Participate in night and weekend call, including inpatient and phone consults
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care, with opportunities for tumor board participation

Requirements

• MD specializing in Hematology/Oncology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (dual board certification preferred)
• Completion of Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain (IMLC acceptable)
• DEA registration required
• Experience with solid tumor oncology and hematologic conditions
• Comfortable with outpatient infusion oversight and consultative inpatient support
• Clean and up-to-date work history
• Ability to complete standard credentialing (typically ~90–120 days)
