Description

Provide nuclear medicine and PET coverage in a hospital-based academic environment, interpreting diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with radiology and clinical teams and complete timely documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nuclear Medicine and PET coverage

• Interpret approximately 20–30 nuclear medicine studies and 10–15 PET studies

• Review and interpret diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams

• Complete timely documentation and reporting

• Use Sectra Radiology PACS for image review

• Use PowerScribe for dictation

• Document patient care using Epic EMR

Requirements

• MD/DO required

• Experience interpreting Nuclear Medicine and PET studies required

• Strong knowledge of Nuclear Medicine imaging and PET interpretation

• Board certification or board eligibility in radiology/nuclear medicine preferred
