Description

Join an international automation team delivering digital transformation initiatives across global business units. You will help design and build scalable automations that combine AI-based intent recognition with deterministic RPA bots executing actions in internal business systems. The solutions integrate with enterprise platforms such as SAP and rely on reliable, secure execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate

• Build and support REST API integrations with internal and external systems

• Develop automations across SAP and other enterprise platforms

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Experts, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical automation solutions

• Ensure compliance with architecture standards, development guidelines, and automation best practices

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production automations

• Participate in Agile delivery and contribute to DevOps practices

• Work with international teams and stakeholders in an English-speaking environment

• Primarily build new automation capabilities within an evolving AI-driven automation program

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in process automation or software development

• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate

• Experience working with REST APIs (consuming and integrating enterprise services)

• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-level automation solutions

• Understanding of software architecture principles and development best practices

• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and reliable automation solutions

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions

• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
