RPA Developer role with office/hybrid work in Gdańsk (at least 2 days per week in the office).

Description

You will design, build, and implement RPA automations using tools such as UiPath, including process mapping and requirements gathering with the business. The role also includes creating VBA macros and AI-enabled automation/software in Python, plus testing, maintenance, and technical documentation. You’ll continuously propose improvements and apply emerging AI technologies to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business process automation with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
• Analyze and map processes to identify automation opportunities
• Collect and refine requirements with the business
• Create macros and small automation-support tools
• Build AI-powered automation/software in Python
• Test and maintain the created robots
• Produce technical documentation and progress reporting
• Propose non-standard solutions and process improvements
• Track AI trends and implement relevant technologies in products

Requirements

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath or similar)
• Ability to create macros (VBA) and basic automation scripts
• Practical experience with databases and SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience integrating using existing REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of the Python tech stack for automation and AI-model-based software
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Effective communication and requirements-gathering skills
• Polish and English proficiency (B2–C1)
• Independence, creativity, and strong goal orientation
• Availability to work in the office at least 2 times per week
• AI-first mindset (willingness to test and implement new AI tools where they bring time savings or quality improvements)
