  • Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and optimize running bots

  • Refactor and extend existing solutions as business needs, data formats, and regulations change

  • Perform code reviews and follow security, data protection, and governance requirements

  • Support adoption of new capabilities, including AI Builder and integration with Copilot Studio

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of practical RPA development experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud)

  • Hands-on experience with REST API, JSON/XML, SQL, and relational data models

  • Experience processing Excel/CSV files and integrating with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong software engineering foundation: modular design, version control, and systematic debugging

  • Experience building robust exception handling, transaction queues, and monitoring/alerting solutions

  • Experience working in Agile with Jira and Confluence

  • Very good English (B2/C1) in speaking and writing; ability to communicate technical topics to technical and business stakeholders

  • Analytical approach to diagnosing complex process problems and edge cases

  • High ownership, independence, and commitment to delivering production-ready solutions

Benefits

  • Opportunity to work across varied projects (Software, Embedded, Data, Cloud Services)
