Description

You will work on a financial services project focused on developing and enhancing digital business banking solutions for customers across the Nordic region, including Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. The project includes a modern, large-scale banking platform and customer-facing web and mobile banking services. You’ll contribute in an international environment with daily English usage and AI-assisted tools used during development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services for digital banking platforms.

• Drive backend testing activities within an agile team to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.

• Support business analysis by translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Use AI-assisted tools in daily development, testing, and automation of routine tasks.

• Contribute across the full product lifecycle: technical design and implementation through continuous improvement and operational support.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Java (21+) and Spring Boot 3.5, including the ongoing transition to JDK 25+ and Spring Boot 4.x.

• Knowledge of Git, Maven, OpenAPI (Swagger), and CI/CD release procedures using Jenkins.

• Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5, AssertJ, and WireMock.

• Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Spring Template, and ORM using Hibernate.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 2+ for frontend development.

• Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools effectively to accelerate development, testing, and automation of routine tasks.
