Description

Design, build, and optimize high-availability backend systems that handle thousands of requests per minute. Develop and operate microservices powering machine-translation services and continuous localization, working in a cloud-native environment with Kotlin/Python, Kafka, and Kubernetes. Tackle distributed systems, data streaming, and algorithmic optimization challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own backend microservices end-to-end (design, deployment, and operations)

• Build translation and localization services used across multiple markets

• Connect and orchestrate AI services to execute complex business logic

• Lead technical implementation analysis and translate business needs into actionable system architectures

Requirements

• Experience coding with Kotlin and/or Python to build robust backend systems

• MongoDB proficiency, including migrations and performance optimization for large-scale datasets

• Hands-on experience connecting and orchestrating AI services for business logic

• Enthusiasm for AI and staying at the forefront of technical innovation

• Ability to perform technical analysis and design clear, actionable system architectures

• Motivation to influence technical vision and help shape new projects

• English at least B2
