Description

This role focuses on functional maintenance and support for an SAP S/4HANA solution in the Advanced Warehouse Management (EWM) area. You will support end users, handle and resolve module-related tickets, and assist with the preparation, verification, and processing of migration files. The position also includes analyzing cross-module dependencies that affect the correctness of business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support to end users of the SAP EWM module
• Receive, analyze, and resolve tickets related to module operation
• Support users in executing business processes handled by SAP EWM
• Assist in preparing, validating, and processing migration files
• Collaborate with users and teams responsible for other SAP modules
• Analyze intermodule relationships impacting end-to-end process flow

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in an SAP administrator role
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP EWM
• Minimum 1 year experience with SAP S/4HANA as a module administrator
• Knowledge of SAP functionalities and dependencies between modules
• Higher education in IT
