Description

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in an SAP S/4HANA environment. You will resolve incidents and functional issues, monitor system functionality and interfaces, and support maintenance, development, and migration file preparation. The role also includes implementing relevant SAP updates/notes and working with other SAP administrators to ensure stability and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for end users working with SAP EWM in SAP S/4HANA
• Resolve incidents, system errors, and functional issues related to SAP EWM
• Configure and monitor SAP functionalities within the assigned area
• Work closely with end users to identify issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with other SAP administrators to ensure system stability and business continuity
• Participate in maintenance and development projects, including preparation of data migration files
• Monitor SAP updates and notes and implement relevant corrections
• Configure and monitor third-party solutions implemented on the SAP system
• Monitor the correct operation of dedicated interfaces within the assigned area

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as an SAP Administrator
• At least 3 years of experience as an SAP Administrator for the EWM module
• At least 1 year of experience working with SAP S/4HANA in a module administrator role
• Knowledge of SAP functionality and cross-module dependencies
• Higher education degree in IT or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and good work organization
