Description

You will join a new, startup/project-style team that designs and delivers new ICT solutions—products and services—and creates new solutions for existing problems. The job focuses on architecting new functionality, products, and system changes by translating business and technical requirements into a target solution. You will define components, interfaces, integrations, and data flows while ensuring alignment with standards and key non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architecture for new functionality, products, and system changes

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into the target solution

• Define components, interfaces, integrations, and data flow patterns

• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect on compliance with architectural standards and direction

• Work with development teams to refine feasibility and implementation approach

• Identify architectural, integration, and technology risks

• Include non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Support work planning by indicating dependencies, constraints, and recommended implementation order

• Document key architectural decisions and support their implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience

• Experience designing IT solutions or system architecture

• Strong understanding of the software lifecycle and how development teams work

• Experience designing integrations, APIs, and communication between systems

• Knowledge of non-functional areas: security, performance, scalability, availability

• Ability to create clear technical and architectural documentation

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and delivery roles

• Ability to make technical decisions and justify trade-offs

• High independence, communication, and solution orientation

• English at least B2
