Description

Develop and design IT infrastructure solutions to separate and integrate two businesses following an acquisition in the pensions sector. Align the target IT strategy with the acquirer’s needs by analyzing the current infrastructure and defining solution options and integration plans. Evaluate on-premises and cloud requirements, including networking, security, and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to create solution options for separating IT infrastructure from the parent company

• Develop integration plans for merging with the acquiring company’s infrastructure

• Assess requirements for both on-premises and cloud hosting models

• Evaluate networks, security measures, and end-user computing needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and integration

• Strong knowledge of cloud hosting solutions and on-premises systems

• Familiarity with network and security architecture

• Experience handling technology transitions during company acquisitions
